Packaging, tooling & printing costs

Standard and custom containers are quoted separately. The written proposal defines the inclusions and any additional charges.

Standard containers

Review existing bottle and container options first. Confirm suitability and whether any new tooling is required in the proposal.

Custom containers

A new shape, size or custom component may require tooling. Feasibility, tooling scope and ownership must be agreed before work begins.

Tooling fee
For new molds or custom components, if required. Mold ownership, storage and maintenance terms are confirmed in writing.
Quoted per proposal
Printing setup fee
For plates, screens or other print preparation, depending on the selected process. Confirm whether setup can be reused for repeat orders.
Quoted per proposal
Per-unit printing fee
The printing charge for each packaging unit. Quantity, material, process and design determine the quotation.
Quoted per proposal

Confirm before approval

  • Which design, sample, tooling, printing and packaging items are included?
  • Who owns the mold, and what are the storage and maintenance terms?
  • Which charges apply again on a repeat order?
  • Do artwork revisions or design changes require new setup or additional fees?
